COMMISSIONER FOR OATHS & CERTIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS

Our solicitors are fully authorised and qualified to administer:

- Oaths
- Affidavits
- Statutory Declarations

If you need to have a document sworn before an independent solicitor please contact our office.

The standard fees for providing this service are £5.00 for each document and £2.00 for each exhibit or schedule - subject to the production of documentation.

We also certify documents in respect of I.D.

Charges are dependant on the volume of paperwork and any additional advice needed.

1. Completing of Land Registry ID1 - £50 plus VAT

2. General ID - £20 per person

3. Swear fees and Statutory Declarations - £5 plus £2 per exhibit – as set by statute

4. Child authority to travel documents – signing only £10 (with ID - £30)

5. Certified Powers of Attorney for MG/ER/IM or CCL only £25 per document

6. Certified copies – generally £5 to £20 depending upon the nature and number of documents
